I just made a really great smoothie so I wanted to share the recipe with everyone.
2 bananas
2 peaches, cut into chunks
large handful of spinach
1 heaping tablespoon of almond butter
about 1/4 cup apple juice
Just put it all in the blender and serve
This is great for energy and it tastes good too!
